About Me
Alexis Contreras is a personal trainer and CrossFit coach who focuses on transforming athletes’ hard work in the gym into skills that directly elevate their game. By integrating sport-specific strength, movement efficiency, and tailored conditioning, he helps athletes gain a competitive edge across sports like tennis, field hockey, lacrosse, soccer, baseball, and football.
I’ve helped athletes increase serve speed, build rotational power, sharpen first-step quickness, and develop the endurance needed to compete at the highest level. I’ve also guided CrossFit athletes in refining their technique, improving efficiency, and unlocking higher performance in their training. Every program is designed not only to improve performance but also to keep training smart, efficient, and sustainable—so athletes can excel long-term.
